This course is designed for those who are using or planning to use Norming Asset Maintenance module.  Through hands-on instructions, you will learn how to use Norming Asset Maintenance module, a complete and easy solution to manage the equipment maintenance. As a participant in this course you will learn how using this module, you can maintain equipment and components, set up meters for tracking usage of equipment/components, specify maintenance vendors, and manage SLA‘s with vendors for equipment/components.

You will learn how to use the meter reading processing to update the usage of equipment and components and create maintenance order automatically at the specified usage criteria.

You will learn how to use the maintenance budget and budget control option to set up for SLA (service level agreement) and maintenance order. The maintenance expense can be controlled by the budget of maintenance resources for the maintenance order.

 

The equipment maintenance expense must be entered against a maintenance order. A maintenance order can be entered manually, created automatically from maintenance schedule or meter reading processing.
