Roland Renne is the Principal of RENNE & ASSOCIATES INC. The company specialises in presenting workshops and consulting services in protocol to private- and public-sector organisations. Roland obtained a BA Psychology from the University of Guelph, Canada. He also completed Protocol Officer Training at the Protocol School of Washington, U.S.A.

Ingrid Annemarie Schneller
Ingrid’s passion for learning and making the learning experience exciting is one of the hallmarks of her career.
Starting as a figure skating coach, Ingrid’s background delivering training includes corporate instruction as well as adult continuing courses at Vancouver Community College and school districts throughout the Lower Mainland along with teaching ESL.
When it comes to curriculum development and course design, Ingrid has created hundreds of videos, instructor-led courses and workshops for Vancouver’s technical and business community including TELUS, NORTEL, the Ministry of Health, HSBC, Tantalus Systems and more. Her career in software and technology training dates back to 1984 specializing in unpacking complex concepts to a wide range of learners.
Ingrid has a degree in Economics and MBA credits from UBC along with extensive continuing education at BCIT and SFU in communications.
Most recently, Ingrid specializes in online courses.
Outside of work, Ingrid performs standup comedy around Greater Vancouver.
Ingrid uses her wealth of training to make a positive impact in the community.
